Zombie Enemy – Finished Sprites

The zombie’s sprites have been entirely finished with its walk and attack animation in tact.


The intentions for the zombie’s animations were to give a slow stagger impression for its movement, in order to pull this off, I needed to think about how zombies are usually presented, how they walk, etc.

The walking animation makes the zombie look as if one leg is being dragged along the ground whilst still trying to maintain the simplistic animation style.

The zombie also includes a lunge attack which still tries to give the zombie-like movement to it by using all of its body weight (raising both arms up and back) to launch itself towards the player.
